Terms & Conditions

One shift consists of 8 hours and is calculated from the time of delivery of equipment.

If the equipment is used for more than 10 hours, additional time will be calculated on an hourly basis.

The hirer will be responsible for the proper use of the equipment and its safe return.

The hirer must check and test the equipment at the time of taking delivery to ensure it is in working condition.

In case any damage is caused to the equipment while in the custody of the hirer, the loss will be reimbursed by the hirer to the owner.

If shooting is cancelled, the hirer must pay cancellation charges to the owner for a minimum of one shift.

If a notice of 48 hours is given in advance, nominal charges of 10% of the total amount will be paid to the owner.

50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking the equipment.

The balance amount must be paid at the time of return of the equipment.

One attendant from Rent n Shoot Media will accompany the equipment.

The equipment charges are for local hiring only. If the equipment is taken out of Delhi, a surcharge of 50% will be levied on the rates.

If the equipment is requested to be sent to a desired location, the cartage/conveyance/transportation costs will be borne by the hirer and paid in cash to the attendant.

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
